Job Description:
· Answer & transfer incoming calls
· Assist with basic data entry
· Issue policy documents as requests are received
· Assists Producers & Account Managers with electronic customer files
· Learn the roles of the other support clerks
· Participate in projects on an as needed basis
· Duties and responsibilities may change pending ability
