In particular, we are recruiting for a consultant-minded technologist who is comfortable with driving change. These adaptable individuals must be solid problem solvers, with proven ability to operate and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, all the while meeting our high-quality standards. The Tech Lead plays a critical role on our development team, responsible for building and supporting enterprise-grade software systems. This senior-level position spans all phases of the Application Lifecycle, from design to delivery, requiring demonstrated leadership skills and extensive software development experience. This is a highly hands-on role, where you will actively contribute to designing, developing, and deploying solutions while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code. In this role, you'll be part of a company that is heavily focused on incorporating AI-driven solutions, offering exposure to data engineering and modern platforms such as Databricks.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
