Guard - 2nd Shift

Gulf Stream Coach is a leading name in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry, dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative RVs that provide exceptional comfort and adventure for our customers. With a legacy spanning several decades.

We are looking for an experienced Guard for our 2nd shift. This position will be monitoring and controlling access to our property located in Etna Green, Indiana.

General Responsibilities:

• Verify identification of all individuals entering and exiting the property.
• Check for authorized access credentials like badges, permits, or delivery manifests.
• Operate gate access systems to allow entry or exit as needed.
• Direct vehicle traffic within the property, ensuring proper parking and movement.
• Coordinate with drivers and visitors regarding loading and unloading procedures.
• Monitor security cameras and surrounding areas for suspicious activity.
• Document and report any incidents, security breaches, or unusual occurrences.
• Maintain detailed logs of vehicle and personnel movements.
• Respond to inquiries from visitors and employees.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures regarding access and behavior on the property.
• Address potential security concerns and inform supervisor immediately.
• Will also have bathroom cleaning duties.
• Occasionally operate forklift to unload trucks or move units.

General Requirements/Experience:

• Ability to accurately monitor and record information about individuals and vehicles.
• Keen ability to identify suspicious activity and potential security risks.
• Clear and concise communication with visitors, employees, and security personnel.
• Familiarity with security systems and logging software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and walk designated patrol areas.
• Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• Must have 1 year forklift experience.
