We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Program Manager opportunity near Ocala, FL. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its clients.

Position: Program Manager

Program Manager Location: near Ocala, FL

Program Manager Duties

Oversight and management of assigned counselors and caseload.

Provide ongoing training regarding clinical policies and procedures.

Review and develop treatment plans. Ensure that all treatment plans are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.

Ensure client charts comply with accrediting agencies using E.H.R.

Complete all documentation requirements as designated per contract standards.

Program Manager Qualifications

Master's Degree

QP or CAP Needed

2 Years of addiction treatment preferred
