- Receiving and processing member financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educating members on credit union products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming branch environment.
- Complying with all applicable regulations and policies, including BSA, OFAC, and Physical Security.
Performance Measurements
Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to:
- Provide friendly, professional, personal service to all customers and associates.
- Balance daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Accurately post transactions in accordance with Gulf Winds guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
Knowledge and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge and skills:
- Minimum of six months cash handling or related experience preferred.
- A high school education or GED required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
- Detailed-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
