Tile Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Primary responsibility is to support sales team with duties including but not limited to tile orders, billing and scheduling.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and follow up with sales team to ensure product availability
- Provide data and reports to help the sales team
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Handle the processing of all orders, billing and scheduling with accuracy and timeliness
- Relevant work experience, preferably in a coordination role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Technical proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detain and the ability to multi task
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically strong skills in excel)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to treat confidential and proprietary information with appropriate discretion ethically and professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Perform Basic office/clerical task and make mathematical calculations
- Effectively understand and carry out oral and written directions
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain cooperative working relationships as part of a team effort
