Duties
- Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration with team members.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support dental receptionist duties as needed, ensuring patient information is handled confidentially.
- Bilingual candidates will assist with communication for non-English speaking clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
