Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and follow up with sales leads and appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries.
- Present vehicle information and initial financing options to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas while providing top-tier customer service.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (VinSolutions).
- Collaborate with team members and management for ongoing sales process improvements.
- Comply with all state, federal, and dealership regulations for ethical selling.

- Previous experience in automotive sales required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, high-energy individuals with a great attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background checks and a drug screening.
