We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Administrator to join our team. The administrator will be apart of a high volume, fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls & schedule appointments
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Manage emails and maintain organized records
- Process insurance claims & handle basic billing & receivable tasks
- Handle basic payroll duties such as time sheets & flag hours
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior administrative or office experience required (collision center experience is a plus)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional & friendly demeaner
