GulfScapes Landscape Management is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division. GulfScapes is a full service landscape company that has been providing quality landscape services in Collier and South Lee Counties since 2008. We are looking for a positive and motivated person to join our team. The position includes salary, performance incentives and a chance to work within a locally owned company with a great local reputation and work atmosphere.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide quality and timely customer service by creating strong long-term relationships with our clients through effective communication and service.
- Perform and schedule site walks with clients to ensure quality and service standards are being met.
- Provide proactive site improvement / enhancement suggestions to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Generate accurate estimates for enhancements or additional services sold to existing and new clients.
- Work with team members to achieve and expand GulfScapes overall quality, retention, and growth.
Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in the landscape/horticulture or service industry.
- Minimum of 3 years management and leadership skills preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of personal accountability and time management skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Clean DMV record.
