Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine and Aesthetic Nurse Injector at GULFSHORE CONCIERGE MEDICINE in Naples, FL. This will be a hybrid position with work in both an Internal Medicine outpatient clinic setting and Aesthetics. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. In the Aesthetics role, you will provide a range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to enhance the appearance and confidence of our patients. Your expertise in administering injectables and your commitment to delivering outstanding patient care will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Aesthetic Nurse Injector Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patients' needs, educate them on available treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer a variety of injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic enhancements, ensuring precision and safety.
- Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional developments.
Requirements and QualificationsÂ
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or APRN license in the state of Florida.
- Certification as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector or similar credentials preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing, with a strong proficiency injectable treatment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent patient care.
- Keen attention to detail, infection, control practices, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment during procedures.
