Gulfside Elevator
Gulfside Elevator is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential elevator installation projects from customer deposit through final completion. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget requirements while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Documentation

Ensure all required project documentation is obtained and organized:
- Fully executed contracts.
- Customer cab material selections (coordinated by Sales).
- Completed site survey, ensuring completion by field supervisors or senior technicians.
- Review and verify jobsite tickets/reports daily, ensuring accurate and complete information is submitted by technicians.
- Oversee final acceptance and approval processes
Project Management through ERP System (NetSuite)

Maintain real-time updates on all projects within the ERP system, including:
- Project-related updates, photos, and documentation.
- Internal and external communications.
- Billing and invoicing.
Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
- Address inbound customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to the Operations Manager as necessary.
Job-Site Readiness and Coordination
- Monitor job-site readiness in collaboration with field resources, obtaining timely updates and resolving any issues.
- Coordinate ordering of elevator kits/cabs from production for job-site ready projects, utilizing the ERP system.
Scheduling and Installation Oversight
- Develop and lead a structured installation scheduling process for each project.
- Submit installation schedule requests to the Office Manager through the ERP system in a timely manner.
Project Billing and Sales Team Communication
- Ensure accurate billing by coordinating with jobsite reports and updating the ERP system.
- Provide project status updates to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or elevator installation industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to proactively address challenges and maintain composure under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
