`MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE
-Construction Experience an plus
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Quicken or QuickBooks
- Knowledge of tax regulations and familiarity with government accounting procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for efficient data processing
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Experience in payroll processing is a plus
- Familiarity with financial report writing is preferred
