We are a leading HVAC contractor in Orange County, CA, seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial HVAC Foreman / Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all areas of commercial HVAC installation, have a proven track record in this industry, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervising and participating in installing large commercial RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
- Overseeing and guiding the work of the HVAC installation team.
- Collaborating closely with project management for resource allocation and planning.
- Ensuring all installations meet quality and safety standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Training and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the installation process.
- Performing start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensuring all company and project procedures / policies are followed, including safety procedures.
