Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Medicare-certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Manager RN opportunity to cover the Boynton Beach Area. This role will primarily work in an office. Interviewing immediately.
Position: Clinical Manager (RN)
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Clinical Manager Duties:
-Perform case management, oversight, and coordination of care for all skilled disciplines.
-Provide nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and approved authorizations.
-Coordinate patient admission with other members of the care team
Clinical Manager Qualifications:
-FL RN License
-At least one (1) year of supervisory/management experience
-Experienced in Medicare Home Health and experience with OASIS review
-Strong case management and working knowledge of Medicare
