Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a renowned Healthcare organization that has been working to make life healthier for the people of Boston for over 50 years.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and directing all nursing and medical assistant services, as well as overseeing primary care, specialties, infection control, central sterilization processing, and occupational health for the entire organization.

Position : Director of Nursing

Qualifications :

  • MA RN License
  • Master's degree or higher.
  • At least five years of primary care experience as a registered nurse in an ambulatory care setting
  • At least five years of nurse management experience preferred

Salary :

  • Very Competitive Salary ($165k )
