Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a medicare-certified Home Care organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Professional Services opportunity.
The Director of Professional Services is responsible to oversee the clinical aspects of the agency, to supervise all field staff, to assure compliance to all regulatory agencies and accreditation standards, and to manage the office in the absence of the Administrator.
Position : Director of Professional Services
Location : Orlando, Florida (Some Travel To Melbourne and Brevard)
Duties :
- Directs and coordinates all clinical services, and ensures full regulatory compliance
- Directs all clinical services related to the interdisciplinary team and insures that interdisciplinary care is provided
- Assists with recruiting, employing, assigning, supervising, evaluating, and terminating clinical staff
- Directs staff in performance of their duties including admission, discharge, transfer, recertification and provision of services to patients
