This is a stable long-term growth opportunity. The company has a very low attrition rate and On Target Earnings year one are $80k - $100k. After year one $100k is the minimum goal.
Position : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Orlando, FL
Day-To-Day :
- Daytime Schedule
- Convert prospected leads into sales opportunities. All leads provided.
- Upsell base packages and offer promotions outlined by management to align with client needs and company goals.
- Maintain clear and accurate database client notes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing professional sales training.
- Meet agent daily, monthly, and weekly sales revenue metrics.
- Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
