Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a rapidly growing mental health care organization that has been based in California since 1965. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Program Director opportunity at one of their established Residential Cirris Stabilization programs. This 22-bed treatment center serves adult residents of Santa Barbara County with justice-involved backgrounds who require crisis support to avoid hospitalization, incarceration, or both. Residents may be discharged from a hospital, forensic facility, or long-term locked facility and need step-down care to transition to community living.

Duties :
- Manage All Aspects day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with all Regulatory Guidelines
- Review and Assist in All Treatment Planning
- Hands-On Approach To Care / Act as a Role Model
