Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a rapidly expanding real estate investment management company. We are currently seeking candidates for a Property Manager opportunity for their Student Housing division based in Santa Barbara, CA.
The Property Manager leads all day-to-day operations, leasing and marketing activities, and resident relations needs. This person will build and develop a best-in-class team to provide incredible resident experiences and ensure the goals of the asset are met each year. The Property Manager will exhibit excellent customer service, communication, and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Property Manager Duties :
- Ultimate responsibility for the success of the property's overall performance, including but not limited to : human resources, accounting, leasing and marketing, maintenance, resident relations
- Manage all on-site employees, ensuring they are empowered to meet and exceed their job responsibilities
- Ensure property budget is met, ensuring all expenses fall within budget and seeking approval for expenses that could exceed budget, providing budget variance explanations
- Create and implement annual renewal and marketing campaigns in accordance with marketing budget to ensure property's leasing goals
