Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and commission Alerton building automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC equipment and other mechanical control networks.
- Lead the controls programming process from start to finish, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support to junior programmers and field technicians.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and fine-tune building automation systems (BAS) to enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements, deliver technical solutions, and provide onsite and remote support.
- Prepare detailed system documentation, including sequences of operations, point-to-point checklists, and as-built drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
