Key Responsibilities
- Independently complete Title-24 Reports and energy models, ensuring compliance with California energy efficiency standards.
- Utilize EnergyPro software to analyze and optimize energy performance, supporting client sustainability goals.
- Apply AutoCAD and BIM tools to coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration in commercial projects.
- Provide technical support during construction, ensuring energy-efficient designs are implemented effectively.
- Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize costs while maintaining energy efficiency and project feasibility.
- Manage multiple projects, maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards throughout the design and construction process.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive energy innovation and sustainable building practices.
