Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service technicians to meet customer needs while minimizing downtime.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of service requests, ensuring prompt and accurate creation, tracking, and closure of work orders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving service-related inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and technicians to maximize team productivity and ensure that all tools, parts, and information are in place for effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, technician assignments, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
