Job Summary


We seek an experienced and results-driven Commercial HVAC Project Sales Professional to join our Orange, CA team. This role is integral to our success, combining project sales, estimation, and management to drive revenue and ensure high-quality HVAC project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial HVAC installation, service, or sales, with a deep understanding of the local market. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage industry expertise, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our commercial HVAC operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and project-specific expenses.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, understanding client requirements to deliver customized HVAC solutions.
  • Utilize Bluebeam and other estimation software to streamline project planning and bidding processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure precise, executable project proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert HVAC solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide innovative HVAC solutions.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales, estimating, and/or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service contracts, and project execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and closing sales in the commercial HVAC industry.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
  • Must have a local and stable work history and be based in or willing to relocate to Orange, CA.
