Job Summary
We seek an experienced Lead Building Automation Manager to oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for large-scale commercial and industrial projects in Ellensburg, WA. This leadership role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in HVAC control systems. The ideal candidate will manage cutting-edge BAS / DDC projects, driving improvements in building performance, energy efficiency, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire BAS / DDC project lifecycle, ensuring projects meet technical specifications, schedules, and budget constraints.
- Oversee system integration and commissioning for HVAC controls, chillers, boilers, VFDs, and advanced building automation platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize Bluebeam, Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), MS Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project documentation, design reviews, and scheduling.
- Monitor project financial performance, track budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain profitability and efficiency.
