Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Lead safety training sessions for employees, including hazard recognition, emergency response, and proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
- Maintain and analyze safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Stay current with safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
