This leadership role requires a strategic sales expert with deep industry knowledge, a track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, and retrofit projects and the expertise to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base, drive revenue, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Lead and mentor sales and service teams, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer engagement.
- Oversee commercial HVAC and mechanical service projects, from contract negotiation to execution, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, facility managers, and general contractors.
