Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue goals in the Honolulu market.
• Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency in service delivery, resource utilization, and compliance with industry standards and local codes.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate service teams to achieve operational excellence, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service performance.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends, forecast business needs, manage budgets, and align resources for maximum profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in the HVAC industry, with a strong sales and service operations background, particularly in the commercial HVAC sector.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Honolulu market or similar regions, with a local and stable work history.
• Advanced leadership certifications or relevant industry certifications (preferred but not required).
