Job Summary
We seek an experienced Service Technician (DDC / Controls) to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial facilities in Ellensburg, WA. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of critical building systems, delivering energy efficiency, reliability, and occupant comfort. The ideal candidate has a local and stable work history with at least three years of hands-on experience servicing BAS / DDC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on BAS / DDC systems, including HVAC controls, chillers, air handlers, and VFDs.
- Assist with system upgrades and commissioning new BAS installations, focusing on BACnet and DDC protocols for seamless integration.
- To ensure system performance and reliability, work with leading BAS platforms, such as Tridium Niagara, Alerton, ALC, and Distech.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including technical diagnostics, detailed reporting, and recommendations for enhanced system functionality.
- Using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit, maintain accurate service documentation, including equipment modifications and system performance logs.
