Now Hiring: Pro Shop Staff
Our Pro Shop Staff are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from check-in to tee-off. If you enjoy customer service, golf, and working in a dynamic retail setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with tee time reservations, check-ins, and purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer guest inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop, including stocking and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Help guests with golf apparel, equipment, and accessories.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
✔ Knowledge of golf (preferred, but not required)
✔ Basic computer and POS system skills.
✔ Weekend availability.
