Job Summary
The Lower School at Gulliver Prep is seeking passionate and dedicated educators for a variety of positions from Grades 1-4. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and an excellent understanding of their social-emotional development. Knowledge of standards for the grade across all subject areas is expected. Candidates who have experience with Responsive Classroom, Science of Reading, Reveal Math and teaching in a 1:1 technology environment are highly preferred.
Candidates should be skilled in collaborating with peers on their grade team as well as teachers in other disciplines within the division, as well as demonstrate commitment to equity and inclusion and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
Criminal Background Check, Level II Fingerprint Screening(s) and Drug Screen.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least two years of teaching experience at the elementary school level.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
