We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our Moxy Allentown Downtown team. The Operations Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. This team member will directly assist the General Manager in efficiently directing housekeeping, front desk engineering, and beverage / food departments. This person would maintain a strong presence during all shifts and on weekends. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations across the establishment
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
