Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Proficiency in plumbing, precision measuring, mechanical repair, mechanical systems, carpentry, and electrical wiring
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
