We're Hiring : Formulation / Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Formulation / Production Specialist to join our team and play a key role in developing and optimizing gummy formulations while ensuring smooth execution in production. This role requires a strong understanding of ingredient chemistry, formulation science, and manufacturing processes to create high-quality, stable, and scalable gummy products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and refine gummy formulations for vitamins, supplements, and functional ingredients.
• Conduct research and apply findings to improve and maintain product lines.
• Analyze ingredient interactions, stability, and degradation to determine appropriate overages and ensure label claim compliance.
• Oversee production runs, working hands-on to troubleshoot formulation issues and ensure smooth scale-up from lab to manufacturing.
• Assist in formulation and reformulation efforts, including stability testing and pilot batch evaluations.
• Source and test new raw materials, evaluating their impact on product performance and cost efficiency.
• Maintain detailed formulation records, including test samples, pilot batches, raw material files, and GMP documentation such as SDS and ingredient COAs.
• Implement a structured knowledge base for formulations and raw materials, ensuring accessibility across the organization.
• Provide technical support to Quality, Regulatory, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams by answering formulation-related questions and supplying supporting documentation.
• Follow lab and plant safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support product innovation and manufacturing efficiency.
