Landscape Foreman and Laborer

Gumpf Gardens Inc.. is a family-owned business located in Beaver falls, PA since 1966 with experience providing the highest quality and most reliable comprehensive landscape services. We are a team of career-oriented landscape professionals that pride ourselves in designing, installing, and maintaining our client’s outdoor spaces.

This position requires a drug test and driver's physical as well as a valid driver's license. Prior experience is a must and attitude will determine altitude at Gumpf Gardens. We depend on our leaders to set an example for their crew members. Our crew leaders see to the completion of projects on time and on budget while fulfilling the client's expectations. Our crew leaders are encouraged to submit ideas for how we can be a better company for our clients and our employees. Year end bonuses are performance based and can add up to 6% to your wages.

We are looking for an experienced landscape professional to lead a landscape crew that specializes in some of the most beautiful and highest quality outdoor living spaces in our region. Our landscape crews engage in a combination of Fall and spring clean ups and hardscape projects which may include but not be limited to, plantings and horticultural care, small hardscape installations and renovations, landscape lighting, irrigation systems,ponds and waterfalls. Weekly work schedule is typically Monday through Friday with minimal weekend work throughout the season.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
