Transmission Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.

Experience

• Proven mechanical knowledge, with hands-on experience in repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Previous experience in vehicle maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.53 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
