Business Office Representative | Long-Term Care

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, Business Office Representative for Gundersen Tweeten Care Center in Spring Grove, MN.

What you will do:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Plans, organizes and assists in educating clients and current employees on private pay, Medical Assistance, Medicare and other third party payers.
• Ensures proper payroll, accounting and human resource records are current and maintained at all times.
• Maintains all business office activities in accordance with current, applicable federal/state/local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Processes accounts payable and receivable
• Bill Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance
• Manage resident trust fund

• High School Diploma
• Bookkeeping and office management/record keeping experience desired
