Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time LPN for Acute Renal Dialysis . Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with acute and chronic dialysis needs.

What you will do:

• 0.9 FTE = 72 hours/every two weeks

• 12-hour shifts 6:00am-6:30 pm and 5:30am-6:00pm

• Every 3rd weekend, includes a Friday and Saturday shift in house

• Care for patients with kidney disease/injury providing Renal Dialysis and Apheresis

What you need:

• LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin

• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
