Our Recruitment Services department is growing at Gundersen Health System and we are looking to hire a high volume, Recruiter.
As a Recruiter, you will play a vital part in identifying and hiring top talent to support our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers
- Implement specialized recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top notch talent
- Ability to build strong internal relationships with hiring leaders and team members to ensure alignment on recruitment needs
- Foster positive relationships with applicants to enhance their experience and engagement throughout the hiring process
- 3-4 years of recruitment, professional sales, marketing, customer service or related experience.
- Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education
- Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) Certification Desired or to be completed upon hire
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
- 1.0 FTE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
- Primarily remote position with expectation to work onsite in La Crosse, WI as needed
