Scheduled Weekly Hours:
24Gundersen Health System is looking for a full-time social worker for their adult inpatient medical units. Work with a variety of patient populations and grow your social work skills!
What you will work:
.6 FTE = 48 Hours every 2 weeks
Monday - Friday, Days
One holiday per year
What you will do:
Assessment and treatment planning
Discharge planning
Provide patient and family education and support

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a related field
WI Social Worker license
1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
