Scheduled Weekly Hours:
32Gundersen Health System is looking for a full-time social worker for their adult inpatient medical units. Work with a variety of patient populations and grow your social work skills!
What you will work:
- .8 FTE = 64 Hours every 2 weeks
- Monday - Friday, Days
- One holiday per year
What you will do:
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Discharge planning
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Document

What you will need:
- Bachelor'sdegree in Social Work or in a related field
- WI Social Worker license
- 1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
