Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support our Patient Attendant Services department, located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Lead a dedicated team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our patients and their loved ones.

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support our Patient Attendant Services department, located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Lead a dedicated team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our patients and their loved ones.
What You Will Do
- Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; full-time, salaried position
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 27 Patient Attendants
- Ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including staffing, daily proactive rounding, collaborating with staff, and modeling patient experience/customer service best practices
- Onboard new staff, assist with service recovery, and more
- Starting pay of $48,692.80 annually more for leadership experience!

- Minimum of associate degree in healthcare or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience in a related field; prior supervisor experience is a plus
- Ideal candidate will have strong customer service and people skills with the ability to authentically listen and problem-solve.
