As an Agile Coach, you will : Lead and mentor agile teams, guiding them through the adoption of Agile practices and methodologies. Educate and support employees at all levels, including product owners, developers, leaders, and clinicians. Advocate for Agile mindsets, behaviors, and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide thought leadership to drive cultural change and ensure a smooth transition towards an Agile mindset. Use techniques that enhance collaboration, predictability, transparency, and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation. What you\'ll need : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field 10 years of project or product management experience including at least 8 years practical experience in roles within an agile team and within a scaling environment Advanced Agile certification such as Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICP-ACC, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or other Agile related certifications A passionate advocate for Agile methodologies with experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Skilled in fostering collaboration and driving cultural change. An excellent communicator who can engage and inspire employees at all levels. Committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
