Leadman
SUMMARY
Support existing department supervision and ensure maximum efficiency is maintained in the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain the quality of the units produced
* Maintain a safe working environment by watching for and correcting unsafe acts and conditions
* Assist in the training of employees
* Assist in troubleshooting problems (equipment, employee and production-related)
* Assist in maintaining production rates
* Communicate with Foreman on a regular and open basis
* May be required to handle hazardous materials and waste (Employees will receive training from their supervisors)
* On an annual basis, the Gunderson QA manual must be reviewed

* Ability to read a tape measure.
* Ability to follow verbal/written instructions.

Experience and Education
*Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.
