What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a bold creative vision, exceptional conceptual skills, and a meticulous eye for design, layout, and typography. The ideal candidate will bring a unique perspective, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, cutting-edge design solutions.

Your Role and Impact :

Concept and Design : Create stunning visuals across various mediums, including branding, logo development, website design, email campaigns, social media graphics, collateral, environmental graphics, and wayfinding systems.
Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to solve creative challenges and bring ideas to life.
Push Creative Boundaries : Stay ahead of industry trends, embrace innovation, and continuously seek new ways to elevate our creative output.
Own Projects End-to-End : Take projects from initial concept through final production, ensuring every detail is polished and on-brand.
Mentor and Inspire : Share your expertise with team members and interns, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

What You Bring :

Experience : 7 years of graphic design experience in a Mac environment.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

Portfolio : A forward-thinking, innovative portfolio that showcases your passion for design and strong conceptual thinking.

Technical Skills : Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is a plus.

Versatility : Ability to work across diverse deliverables, from digital to print, with a strong background in branding and large-format graphics.

Attention to Detail : A keen eye for design principles, layout, and typography, paired with excellent organizational skills.

Communication : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and work independently and as part of a team.

Social Media : General knowledge of designing content for major social media platforms.
