Project Assistant

- 2 years of construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Review bidding opportunties and present to the estimating team
- Update plans and files for the estimating team.
- Help Project Manager/estimators with takeoff, proposal writing, vendor quotations, submittals, as-builts, and O'M's.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Eight-hour shifts from 7:00am– 3:30pm

Knowledge of the following software is preferred, but not required: Viewpoint Construction Software, BHS estimating software, Bluebeam PDF, and Mircosoft.
