We're expanding nationally and seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee project execution and ensure flawless contract fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for customer satisfaction, profitability, and timely closeout
- Serve as the on-site expert, leader, and communicator for assigned projects, delivering high-quality workmanship
- Supervise and lead onsite subcontractors and crews, promoting safety, teamwork, and discipline to achieve efficient and professional contract completion
- Review and understand scope of work and project specifics to ensure positive customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of material and equipment delivery, reporting discrepancies or issues to the procurement team
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality of installations
- Utilize attention to detail, communication, technical knowledge, and customer service skills to effectively manage projects from start to finish
Requirements:
- 2 years of Construction Management experience
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities and a desire to find creative solutions in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with Google tools, Docusign, and digital calendars
- High degree of understanding of contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
