We are looking for individuals who exude confidence, enthusiasm, and are highly skilled at communicating, so you can build rapport with customers while presenting our company's vision.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be trained on how the Gunner home improvement process works to gain background knowledge on the products offered, paired with effectively conveying information through a remote sales presentation.

Gunner provides a paid 2 week training as part of our onboarding process!

What you will do:

  • COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations of Gunner's products and services to new and existing homeowners via phone, email, video conferencing or online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure the optimal customer experience.
  • Work efficiently as a team member and solo
  • Attend company and team meetingsCollaborate with the outside sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management through Hubspot CRM.
  • Close sales pipeline of leads at a high levelTrack data and analytics, staying on top of industry trends and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth.

What you will bring:

  • Previous Inside Sales Experience Required
  • Superior CLOSING ability
  • A passion for making a difference!
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
  • A desire to find creative solutions in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Charisma, sense of humor, and people skills needed
  • BA/BS preferred

Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (DOE) plus commission (OTE $115,000 – 250,000)
