Job Responsibilities
The Commercial Heating and Ventilation Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, estimating costs, creating project proposals, and collaborating with the project management team. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HVAC estimation
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus
