Gunnison is seeking a Contracts Manager to work with our stellar corporate team in support of our federal IT contracts!

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary POC for Contracting Officer for assigned contracts and provide resolutions to any problems arising.
- Provide full contract lifecycle support for assigned portfolio.
- Manage subcontractors under assigned contracts.
- Prepare contract / subcontract documentation and modifications in accordance with established company customer, and government regulations
- Provide support to Business Development team by completing contracts volumes, compliance checks and color team reviews, representations and certifications and submission of proposal.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in the federal contracting space.Strong technical contracts background to include strong negotiation skills for NDA / TA / Subcontracts.Ability to provide full contract lifecycle support for assigned portfolio.The position requires the ability to create and administer contractual documents with attention to detail and in accordance with the FAR. Analyze unique contractual situations and provide pathways to achieve business goals while minimizing risks.Must be self-motivated and detail oriented who can work independently with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR as well as experience with different contract types.Government Reporting experienceSubcontract Process Management (RFP to Close Out) experienceContracts Accounting System knowledge (i.e. Costpoint, JAMIS, Oracle)Bachelor's DegreeDesired Qualifications :
Experience with / knowledge of GSA.Experience with / knowledge of SAM.Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) knowledgeSmall Business Subcontracting Plan (SBSP) knowledgeNCMA CFCM certificationThe salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
